Do I need a credit card to start the trial?▾
No. Try the full Standard plan free for 7 days; if you don't decide to continue, the account is automatically suspended.
What is the AI usage allowance and how is it measured?▾
Your AI allowance measures how intensively you use the AI Assistant: a short yes/no answer is ~2 operations, a normal question ~5, a multi-step command 30+. Automatic daily insights also draw from this pool (~700 operations/month). Standard includes 1,500 operations a month and Premium 3,000; Premium's advanced model counts operations double. If you need more, buy an extra pack: 200 for ₺190, 1,500 for ₺990, 10,000 for ₺4,990, 25,000 for ₺9,990. Packs never expire and kick in automatically once your plan allowance runs out.
Can I change my room count later?▾
Yes, you can add or remove rooms anytime. Your invoice updates automatically during the billing cycle.
How is payment taken, and is there an annual discount?▾
On monthly billing the first payment covers 3 months upfront, then you are charged every month. Annual billing gives you 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and use 12. If you cancel, renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Withdrawal and refund terms are set out on the Delivery & Returns page.
Can I migrate my data from another PMS?▾
Yes, our support team will take your CSV data and migrate it. Average migration takes 1 business day.
What if I'm a seasonal business?▾
Accounts that choose 'seasonal' at setup (monthly billing) pay no subscription fee for the months they are closed; each closed month costs only a flat €3 data retention fee. The subscription returns to normal automatically when the season opens. Your data and next season's bookings are kept.
Can I get a corporate invoice?▾
Yes. On the Premium plan, official e-Archive / e-Invoice integration via Paraşüt is ready — connect your own Paraşüt company and issue an invoice from a reservation in one click. If e-Archive is activated on your account it is issued officially; otherwise it is saved as a draft in Paraşüt. You can also contact our support team for corporate invoice needs.
