Do I need a credit card to start the trial?▾

No. Try the full Standard plan free for 7 days; if you don't decide to continue, the account is automatically suspended.

What is the AI usage allowance and how is it measured?▾

AI usage measures how heavy your requests to the assistant are: a short yes/no answer ~2 operations, a normal question ~5, a multi-step command 30+. Automatic daily insights also draw from this pool (~700/month). Standard includes 1,500 and Premium 3,000 operations per month — enough for everyday use; buy a top-up pack for more (200 ops from ₺190, 10,000 ops ₺4,990). Packs never expire and kick in automatically when the plan quota runs out.

Can I change my room count later?▾

Yes, you can add or remove rooms anytime. Your invoice updates automatically during the billing cycle.

How does the yearly discount work?▾

Yearly billing comes with 2 months free — you pay 10 months, use 12. If you cancel, the remaining months are refunded.

Can I migrate my data from another PMS?▾

Yes, our support team will take your CSV data and migrate it. Average migration takes 1 business day.

What if I'm a seasonal business?▾

If you pick 'seasonal' at onboarding: during your closed months your subscription drops to a low-season rate (just a small data-retention fee per closed month) and returns to normal when you reopen. Your data and next-season bookings are preserved.

Can I get a corporate invoice?▾

Yes. On the Premium plan, official e-Archive / e-Invoice integration via Paraşüt is ready — connect your own Paraşüt company and issue an invoice from a reservation in one click. If e-Archive is activated on your account it is issued officially; otherwise it is saved as a draft in Paraşüt. You can also contact our support team for corporate invoice needs.
