Distance Sales Agreement

SELLER / SERVICE PROVIDER:

BUYER:The individual or legal entity who completes the subscription form on the HotelPilot website and accepts this agreement electronically. The details provided at sign-up constitute the Buyer's information.

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the HotelPilot hotel/short-term-rental management software subscription ordered electronically by the Buyer via hotelpilot.net, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under the applicable legislation.

• Service: Access, for the subscription term, to the cloud-based (SaaS) management software with the features of the chosen plan (Starter / Standard / Premium / Enterprise).
• Price: The monthly or annual subscription fee shown at checkout based on the chosen plan and room count. Current prices are on the Pricing page and order summary.
• Taxes: VAT and other statutory taxes are stated separately in the order summary.
• Payment: All payments are collected via the licensed payment provider iyzico using credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

The subscription fee is charged in advance for the chosen period. Payments run on iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. An invoice is issued electronically after a successful payment.

The service is digital. Immediately after payment confirmation the Buyer's account is activated and access is granted. There is no separate physical delivery. See the Delivery & Return page.

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion without cause or penalty by notice to iletisim@hotelpilot.net. However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that begin to be performed, with the consumer's consent, instantly in electronic form. Refunds for unused service within 14 days are handled per the Delivery & Return terms.

• The Seller provides the service in conformity with the agreement, free of defects.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of sign-up data and the security of account credentials.
• The Buyer uses the software in line with applicable law and the Terms of Service.

If the subscription is not renewed or payment fails, access may be suspended at the end of the period. Either party may terminate effective at period end; refunds follow the Delivery & Return terms.

Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For non-consumer Buyers, the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

This agreement takes effect when accepted by the Buyer electronically and remains valid for the subscription term.
