1. Declaration
I acknowledge that I have been informed under HotelPilot's KVKK Privacy Notice.
I freely give my explicit consentto the processing of my own and my property's data in anonymized (de-identified) form, for the purposes of improving Premium services, enhancing product and service quality, performing analytics and producing regional / city-level statistics.
2. Scope
This consent applies only to anonymized data. Anonymized data cannot be linked to an individual and falls outside the scope of KVKK.
It may be used for the following purposes:
- Occupancy and pricing statistics by region / city / room count;
- Market trend reports;
- Improvement of HotelPilot products and services;
- Industry benchmarks.
3. Withdrawal of Consent
I declare that I am aware I may withdraw this consent at any time without giving any reason, by sending written notice to kvkk@hotelpilot.net, or via the relevant preference screen in my HotelPilot account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Commercial Electronic Communications (Optional)
By ticking the relevant box on the sign-up form, I am deemed to accept receiving commercial electronic communications (e-mail / SMS / phone) from HotelPilot regarding campaigns, announcements and updates about its products and services. I may withdraw this permission at any time via the e-mail preferences screen.
